Sana Pirzada studied Law from King’s College, London, followed by an LLM from the London School of Economics & Political Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice. She completed the Bar Vocational Course from BPP Law School and was Called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh. Sana is an experienced legal consultant offering advisory services on family laws, criminal justice issues, workplace harassment, gender related laws, mental health laws, corporate matters and employment laws. She is the Founder of VLA – Virtual Legal Advisory and takes on family related cases and also offers advisory services in the areas of criminal justice and corporate laws. She also conducts talks and training sessions on a variety of legal areas to educate lawyers as well as laypersons. Moreover, Sana has also been a volunteer for Stop the Traffik, an anti-human trafficking organisation based in the UK for their Aman Safety Project. She is also an academic and has taught law at various universities including teaching Jurisprudence to final year LLB law students and Criminology to LLM students. She is also an Executive-Director at Excelerate Pvt Ltd and advises on contractual and labour/ employment related matters. Sana has conducted sessions on Prevention against Workplace Harassment for: Lucky Textiles, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Dawood Global Foundation’s ‘Educate a Girl’ initiative amongst others. Furthermore, she is a fiction writer. All four of her books were published in the UK: ‘The Rose Within – A Gothic Romance’, ‘Vernon Hall & Other Stories’, ‘Naomi Byron – A Victorian Legal Thriller’ and ‘The Raven’s Call’.
