Introduction
The ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management has been designed for learners who wish to develop the skills and knowledge required for roles in junior management. They have also been developed with progression in mind and enable learners to continue on to a range of Bachelor’s degrees. You will also have access to tutor support, Whatsapp support, live sessions on Zoom.
The Level 4 modules and assignments of this course are equivalent to the first year of a University Degree.
Each module consists of approximately 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material. These materials comprise of recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources.

Eligibility Criteria
These qualifications provide a flexible route for learners who have already achieved management qualifications at a lower level as well as for learners who do not have business or management qualifications, but may have qualifications in other areas and/or prior management experience in the work place.
Age: 18 +
Entry profile:
- A Levels
- A level 3 qualification, for example an ATHE Level 3
- Any other equivalent qualification

Can be completed in 4 – 6 months
